Greetings

I guess it's pretty weird that I'm using some form of CMS to build my webpage when building webpages is what I do all day. There really isn't much on here but I do plan on putting up a blog and that kinda thing. Eventually I'll get some projects and code e.t.c up here for something interesting to see/do.

Maybe it's about time for me to write a bit about myself. My name is Adam Freeman, I'm 23 and turning 24 in November. I am a Software Engineer and I build intrasite search engines for a living. My interests are: Computers, Electronics, Korean, Guitar, Reading, Tv shows (I like Pure pwnage and Trailer Park Boys) and last but by no means least my girlfriend Yeni Hong (홍예니) and no she doesn't pay me to say that I'm interested in her.

I'm one of those people that has like 1000 ideas all at once, and I'll start on one of them and make fast progress for half of the project and then kinda switch to something else later. I think it's because there is no real drive or determination to finish something and the thrill of something new is strong.

I'm trying to learn Korean and have been doing so for a wee while now. I did a short course which only cost be about $10NZD (approx $5USD) and I'm learning from the Lonley Planet book (Which is excellent and be sure to buy the one with the audio CD. It's well worth it) as well as watching KBS's series on learning Korean (Search for "Learn Korean" on YouTube).

Again I had a brilliant plan to document these episodes for easy reference and revision but that might not see the light of day. I love all the stuff comming out of Google at the moment. First, thanks guys for the page, Thanks for Google Desktop and all the gadgets, Thanks for Gmail, Google spreadsheets, Google earth, google sketch(I really need to use that) and Google Calendar. I still need to get into WebClips and Browser Sync. Of couse thanks for the Google search engine too.

Oh yeah, have a look at my blog if you want too. Not much there at the moment.

Anyways, I need to go and organise a movie for me and Yeni to watch. Untill next time, Keep it Crunk.
